Olivia + Abby | Chicago Senior Portraits

Last weekend I had the pleasure of spending the morning with these lovely twin sisters! Olivia and Abby were visiting Chicago from Indianapolis for the weekend, and Olivia contacted me to see if I would do their senior photos in the city. These two weren't really feeling the corn fields and country landscapes of all of the senior pictures they had seen back home, so we got wandered around Michigan Ave by the Art Institute and Millennium Park and ended the session by the waters of Lake Michigan. They were so fun to work with, even if I had to trick the real smiles out a few times! As you will see, these two are seriously gorgeous and made my job so easy.

Good luck with your senior year girls! It's going to fly by. You're going to love love love being in the city next year! :)

First up is the lovely Olivia!

And here is Abby!

Alex : Madison Senior Portrait Session

This past Sunday I had the pleasure of hanging out with Alex for a few hours! We talked lacrosse (mostly about how I had no idea how the game works) and school, and explored a little bit of Madison chasing the afternoon light. It was an absolutely perfect fall day, and Alex made my job easy!

Take a look at the great shots we were able to capture on a sunny Sunday afternoon.

Emerson's California Senior Portrait Session

Everyone meet my little brother, Emerson! I can't believe he's going to be a senior in the fall. I'm getting old. I was in San Luis Obispo/Los Osos all last week hanging out with my family and wishing I lived in California. While I was there, I took an afternoon to go around town with Emerson to a few of his favorite spots to take his senior photos. We started out in Los Osos on this super cool trail with these great trees, then we headed to downtown SLO for some more urban feeling shots. The next evening we wanted to try and get the sunset at the beach at Montana de Oro, but unfortunately it was foggy both evenings we tried. So we just worked with it and ended up with a few great shots!

So anyways, as you will see by the photos, my little brother is basically a model, and with the amazing locations, it was hard to choose just a few favorites. Enjoy!
