Took a little walk around the North Pond area in Lincoln Park with these two late last week, and they were so great to work with. The light was absolutely perfect, and it wasn't too cold especially for a November afternoon.

They will be getting married in April, and I'm so excited for the wedding! I really love engagement sessions for how casual they are. It's so fun to get to know a couple before the big day. Good luck with the rest of your planning, guys!

Anthony

I had a great time at this portrait session with Anthony last weekend! We worked together as orientation leaders at Columbia a few summers ago and it's been ages since I'd seen him. It was nice to catch up and see what he's been up to with his life since graduation. Lots of exciting things!

Anthony is working on building up a great professional online image and he got in touch with me to start with some headshots. As you can see, I have a hard time sticking to the "normal" headshot, but I think a variety is more fun anyways. So here's what we ended up with!

Lulu's at the Belle Kay Open House

Last week I spent the evening photographing an event with all of these lovely ladies hosted at Lulu's at the Belle Kay. It was a super fun night with event planners and vendors. Lots of laughs were had and connections made. Not to mention the ridiculous amount of amazing food and sweets that were eaten!

Nadia and Amer

 Congratulations to this ridiculously fun couple! I had so much fun being a part of their special day. I took an insane amount of photos (but was able to keep my sanity, with the help of the amaaaazing Hadassah Bullis, my second shooter). These two were obviously so in love and it was an honor to be able to capture that.

I am so happy with the way the entire day turned out, and I think the images reflect that. There was a pretty awesome dance party as well, but I'm leaving out a good deal of content to respect religious wishes! If you know Nadia, I'm sure she'd love to show you more of what I was able to capture throughout the day (somewhere that the whole world can't see haha).

You guys are amazing, and I know you'll have a fantastic life together!

Family Fun!

I had an awesome family session with these wonderful people a few weeks ago! They were super fun to work with and we had a perfect day. I think the photos turned out great, so I'll just let the images speak for themselves!
